95 Day Challenge
Do I work out with you?
No, the only time you and I spend together is for your before and after fitness assessment, you do your workouts on your own.
How do I get my workouts?
You will receive your workout plans by email.
Do you offer nutritional support?
A basic meal plan and calorie planning is provided as part of this challenge. Any additional nutritional coaching services can be scheduled and purchased for an hourly rate. You can also find information and take advantage of the Meal Plan for Weight Loss page.
Where do I go for my fitness assessment and how long will it take?
The assessment takes about 45 minutes and is done at my studio. Please check contact page for address and google map.
12 Week Makeover
How much is the 12 Week Makeover?
The session price for 2x/week is 60.00 per session. 3x/week is 50.00 per session. Tax not included.
What is the difference between the 12 Week Makeover and the 95 Day Challenge?
With the 12 Week Makeover you work out with me and have one on one support and accountability. The 95 Day Challenge is more self-motivated, I provide the workouts, but you have to do them on your own.
What if I have to miss a workout session?
I give two weeks at the end of the 12 week term to make up missed sessions. We can also try and fit a missed session in during the 12 weeks. I do however require 24 hrs cancellation notice and will not honor sessions cancelled with shorter notice then that.
How much weight can I expect to lose in 12 weeks?
A healthy weight loss is from .5-2 lbs per week. How much weight you will loose depends on how much you "need" to lose and how your metabolism naturally works. I do aim at a healthy loss of 2 lbs per week and design your workout sessions accordingly.
