Claudia has been working in the health profession for the past ten years, she graduated from the Canadian College of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture (based in Victoria, B.C) with a diploma in Acupuncture in 2005 and has been a certified Jin Shin Do™ Acupressure Therapist since 2003. She is also a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor and has worked with small groups and individuals on stress relief and body mind balancing.
Fitness has been Claudia's passion since she decided to go on a mountain bike tour through British Columbia in 1995. She has been wanting to be a fitness professional ever since she started to physically and mentally prepare for this adventure and put her plan into action. Still reaping the rewards of getting to know new places and wonderful people she is now here to guide you through your journey to health and fitness and help you make the lifestyle changes you have been longing to make for so long. She will help you achieve your goals.
Having dealt with health issues and injuries herself, Claudia is very aware of physical limitation and how and when they occur. Any exercise that can help you can also potentially harm you if not executed right.
