12 Week Makeover
This is the original 12 week challenge program, the first one in town and the only one of it's kind.
Why 12 weeks? If you want to change your life, establish good exercise and eating habits to not only achieve your goal but also be able to maintain it, you need to form habits that are sustainable.
- You will work out with me 2 or 3 times per week.
- We will keep track of your weight loss weekly.
- We will keep track of your inch loss on a monthly basis.
- We will do a before and after fitness assessment.
- You will see how much stronger, flexible, agile you are after training with me for 12 weeks, you will see measurable success and improvements.

12 Week Makeover rates:
2 sessions/week at 60.00 per session + HST (x 24 sessions)
3 sessions/week at 50.00 per session + HST (x 36 sessions)

I work with you one on one, every week, to establish good exercise habits. I will be able to see what works for you and what does not work for you.
I will create workouts for you that will work, based on your fitness assessment. If you are a beginner who has never set foot in a gym, or have worked out for years and know what you are doing.
We will work on your nutritional habits and overcome challenges you might have, be it cooking for family, or having special dietary needs that need extra attention.
But more importantly: in 12 weeks you will be able to get stronger, feel fitter then ever and lose the weight you want to lose to feel better.
